Use of our services constitutes acceptance of Terms of Use
I. Accomodation
Accomodation is available in Suites and Rooms. Both offer comfortable accomodation, but differ in space, disposition and standard of equipment. Suites offer separate day and night area, separate toilet and separate bathroom and roughly twice the size.

Baby cot available for 15,00€/night. Extra bed available for 35,00€/night.
I.1 The price of accommodation includes cable and wireless internet, parking in the parking lot, tea and coffee set available in every room. Local tax 1,00€ per person and night is not included in price. Breakfast is free of charge for all our guests.
I.2 Hotel reserves the right to charge an extra fee for restaurant/bar service after the running hours. An extra fee makes 20,00€/person per every started hour.
I.3 Room service fee is 5,00 €.
I.4 Hotel offers laundry and ironing service. Laundry and ironing list you can find in the room.
I.5 Penalty for violation of prohibition of smoking inside the hotel is 100,00 €.
I.6 Penalty for violation of silent hours (10:00pm – 06:00am.) regulation is 50,00 €.
I.7 Penalty for entry of non registered hotel guest to the room 50,00 € / person.
I.8 When both beds are being used during single occupancy, a two persons rate shall be charged.
Children accomodation
– child of up to one year of age will not be charged accommodation fee if not using an extra bed. Applicable to one child per room.
– children from one year old up to the age of six year old are charged fee of 10€/per night if they do not use an extra bed.
Baby cot or extra bed available on request. Only usable in Superior Room or Suites. Subject to availability.
II. Bowling

III. Private wellness
Private wellness is new service that better reflects character of wellness premises. It is a reservation of wellness premises for maximum of four persons for 90 minutes in private atmosphere, without being disturbed by other guests. Reserved time in wellness is only yours. Herbal tea and jug of water included.

III.1 Maximum four persons per session allowed.
III.2 More people can only be allowed by the hotel operator and will be charged extra.

VI. Bicycle rent
Hotel surroundings offer attractive bike trails and thanks to our bike rental service, our guests can enjoy this healthy activity hassle-free. Our bicycles are maintained and equipped with essential tools. Helmets can be borrowed free of charge. Water bottle can be purchased at reception for 2€/pc.

VI.1 All day rental at discounted price.
VII. Storno fees
VII.1 If cancelling the reservation, cancellation fee (storno) is applicable:
– more than 14 days before arrival 40 % from the price of reserved and unused services
– 14 days and less before arrival 70% from the price of reserved and unused services
– 2 days and less before arrival 100% from the price of reserved and unused services
